If a deposit appears to fail but funds have been deducted from your payment method, do not attempt to repeat the transaction immediately. Contact v2345 customer support with your transaction reference number and the funds will be investigated and credited or refunded within one business day.

The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market, odds and account level. Maximum stake limits are applied per bet, not per match — you may place multiple bets on the same match up to the applicable limit on each.
Odds on v2345 update continuously in response to market movements. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds at which your bet is settled. v2345 does not apply "best odds" or retrospective price improvements — you receive exactly the odds shown at bet placement.
If a sporting event is officially abandoned before it reaches its natural conclusion and no official result is declared, most bets will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket, if a result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, all bets are settled on that result. For PSL matches specifically, a minimum of 10 overs per innings must be completed for a result to stand for match winner market purposes.
v2345 settles bets as quickly as possible following official confirmation of results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a results dispute, v2345 reserves the right to delay settlement pending clarification. Any queries regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.
The v2345 online casino includes slots, live dealer tables, table games and other casino products. All casino games are supplied by independent software providers and operated with independently certified random number generators (RNG). Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
